Just in time to celebrate the tenth anniversary of our first meeting at which we decided to form Oxfordshire Community Land Trust, we have finally submitted our planning application for six apartments on land to the rear of Eynsham Rd in Botley, west of Oxford!

It seems to have taken an age and a great deal of hard work, especially on Fran's part, holding us all together and prodding us each to do our bit when needed, but we are now at the mercy of the planners and councillors who will make the decision.

Once the application is formally registered we will update this page with details of how to comment on the application and we hope you will take the opportunity to support us.  This will be the first "new style" Community Land Trust Project to have gone this far in Oxfordshire, and some of us, at least, hope it will not be the last!

UPDATE: The application has been registered and is now online at the Vale of White Hourse District Council website where you can inspect the plans and comment if you feel moved to do so (support particularly welcome!)
